Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment confirmation.

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Time We ship both domestically (within Thailand) and internationally. Delivery times vary depending on the destination:

  • Domestic (Thailand): Delivery usually takes 2–3 business days via local express couriers (e.g., Thailand Post, Flash Express).

  • International Shipping: Delivery usually takes 14-30 business days via international carriers (e.g., DHL, FedEx,Thai Post).

3. International Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • For Customers in the United States (USA): We cover the Import Duties. We will take care of all applicable import duties and customs entry fees for your order. However, please note that any local Sales Tax or VAT required by your state/country is the customer’s responsibility and may be applied at checkout or upon delivery.

  • For Customers in All Other Countries (Rest of the World): Customers are fully responsible for all import duties, customs fees, VAT, and local taxes levied by your destination country. These additional charges are not covered by the store.

4. Wrong Address & Undeliverable Packages

  • Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, any re-shipping fees will be the customer’s responsibility.

Refund and Returns Policy

1. Conditions for Returns & Exchanges

  • In Case of Store Error: We take great pride in our quality control. If you receive an item that does not match its description (such as an unstated defect/blemish) or if we accidentally shipped the wrong item, size, or color, we will gladly accept a return or exchange. In these specific cases, we will fully cover all return and re-shipping expenses. (Please provide a photo or unboxing video of the defect when contacting us).

  • In Case of Customer’s Size/Color Exchange: If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, we accept exchanges provided that the customer covers all return shipping fees and the re-shipping costs for the new item.

  • Product Condition Requirements: All returned items must be in their original condition (unwashed and unused) with all original tags attached. Items must be free from any creases or wrinkles caused by improper trying on, and must not have any perfume scents, sweat stains, or signs of wear.

2. Return Window

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date (based on tracking information). Returns requested or shipped after this period will not be accepted under any circumstances.

3. Return Shipping Costs & Duties

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and any applicable import duties/taxes. Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error.

4. Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 7 business days. The refund will be credited back to your original method of payment.

2. ค่าจัดส่งและระยะเวลาในการเดินทางของพัสดุ เราให้บริการจัดส่งทั้งภายในประเทศและต่างประเทศ โดยมีกรอบเวลาโดยประมาณดังนี้:

  • การจัดส่งภายในประเทศ (ประเทศไทย): ใช้เวลาประมาณ 2–3 วันทำการ ผ่านผู้ให้บริการขนส่งเอกชนหรือไปรษณีย์ไทย

  • การจัดส่งระหว่างประเทศ (ต่างประเทศ): ใช้เวลาประมาณ 14-30 วันทำการ ผ่านผู้ให้บริการขนส่งระหว่างประเทศชั้นนำ (เช่น DHL, FedEx,Thai Post)

3. ภาษีนำเข้าและค่าธรรมเนียมศุลกากรปลายทาง

  • สำหรับลูกค้าที่จัดส่งไปยังประเทศสหรัฐอเมริกา (USA): ทางร้านจะเป็นผู้รับผิดชอบเฉพาะค่าภาษีนำเข้าและค่าธรรมเนียมศุลกากรให้ ทั้งนี้ สำหรับภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่ม (VAT) หรือภาษีการขายท้องถิ่น (Sales Tax) ของแต่ละรัฐ ลูกค้ายังคงเป็นผู้รับผิดชอบชำระตามกฎหมายปกติ ซึ่งอาจมีการเรียกเก็บ ณ ตอนเช็กเอาต์หรือตอนนำจ่ายพัสดุ

  • สำหรับลูกค้าที่จัดส่งไปยังประเทศอื่นๆ (ทั่วโลก): ลูกค้าจะเป็นผู้รับผิดชอบค่าภาษีนำเข้า ค่าธรรมเนียมศุลกากร ภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่ม (VAT) และภาษีท้องถิ่นทั้งหมด ที่เรียกเก็บโดยประเทศปลายทางของท่าน โดยทางร้านไม่ได้เป็นผู้รับผิดชอบในค่าใช้จ่ายส่วนนี้

4. กรณีที่อยู่ไม่ถูกต้องหรือไม่สามารถนำจ่ายพัสดุได้

  • หากพัสดุถูกตีคืนกลับมายังร้านค้าเนื่องจากที่อยู่ไม่ถูกต้อง หรือไม่มีผู้รับปลายทางตามกำหนด การจัดส่งใหม่อีกครั้งจะมีค่าใช้จ่ายเพิ่มเติมซึ่งลูกค้าต้องเป็นผู้รับผิดชอบ

นโยบายการคืนสินค้าและการคืนเงิน

1. เงื่อนไขการขอคืนและเปลี่ยนสินค้า

  • กรณีความผิดพลาดจากทางร้าน: ทางร้านยินดีรับคืนหรือเปลี่ยนสินค้าให้ใหม่ทันที ในกรณีที่สินค้าไม่ตรงตามที่แจ้งไว้ เช่น สินค้ามีตำหนิโดยมิได้ระบุแจ้งไว้ก่อนล่วงหน้า หรือเกิดความผิดพลาดจากทางร้านในการจัดส่งสินค้าผิดรุ่น ผิดสี หรือผิดไซส์ โดยทางร้านจะเป็นผู้รับผิดชอบค่าจัดส่งในการตีคืนและจัดส่งชิ้นใหม่ให้ทั้งหมด (กรุณาถ่ายวิดีโอขณะแกะกล่องพัสดุไว้เป็นหลักฐานเมื่อติดต่อเรา)

  • กรณีลูกค้าต้องการเปลี่ยนไซส์หรือเปลี่ยนสี: หากลูกค้าต้องการเปลี่ยนสินค้าเนื่องจากใส่ไม่พอดีหรือต้องการเปลี่ยนสี ทางร้านยินดีให้เปลี่ยนได้ โดยลูกค้าจะต้องเป็นผู้รับผิดชอบค่าจัดส่งสินค้ากลับ และค่าจัดส่งสินค้าชิ้นใหม่ทดแทนทั้งหมด

  • สภาพของสินค้าที่ส่งคืน: สินค้าต้องอยู่ในสภาพเดิม 100% ไม่ผ่านการซัก ไม่ผ่านการใช้งาน และป้ายสินค้า (ถ้ามี) ต้องอยู่ครบถ้วน สินค้าต้องไม่มีรอยยับย่นที่เกิดจากการทดลองสวมใส่แบบผิดวิธี และต้องไม่มีคราบน้ำหอม คราบเหงื่อ หรือร่องรอยการใช้งานใดๆ ปรากฏบนสินค้า

2. ระยะเวลาที่กำหนด

  • ลูกค้าต้องแจ้งความประสงค์และส่งคืนสินค้าภายใน 7 วัน นับจากวันที่ได้รับสินค้าตามระบบติดตามพัสดุ หากเกินกว่าระยะเวลาที่กำหนด ทางร้านขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการรับคืนทุกกรณี

3. ค่าจัดส่งและภาษีในการส่งคืน

  • ลูกค้าจะเป็นผู้รับผิดชอบค่าใช้จ่ายในการจัดส่งสินค้ากลับมายังร้านค้า รวมถึงภาษีนำเข้าปลายทาง (ถ้ามี) ทั้งนี้ ค่าจัดส่งเดิมในรอบแรกไม่สามารถขอคืนเงินได้ เว้นแต่เป็นความผิดพลาดที่เกิดจากทางร้าน

4. ขั้นตอนการคืนเงิน

  • หลังจากที่ร้านค้าได้รับสินค้าคืนและตรวจสอบสภาพเรียบร้อยแล้ว เราจะดำเนินการคืนเงินให้ภายใน 7 วันทำการ โดยเงินจะถูกโอนกลับไปยังช่องทางการชำระเงินเดิมที่ลูกค้าใช้สั่งซื้อ
